2. Buyers cannot be a Tier 2 or Tier 3 sex offender
3. Owner occupied (no renting or leasing)
4. Monthly assessments must be paid through automatic withdrawal from your bank account.
5. Some items covered by the monthly assessment include: water, sewer, trash, recycling, landscape/lawn care, snow removal, etc...
6. We are neither FHA nor VA Mortgage approved.
