We welcome you to Waterfront Condos in the heart of West Michigan! We hope you find peace in our vast green spaces and our fifteen-acre lake, which is maintained for fishing and swimming for owners and their invited guests. This development was started in 1979 on Port Sheldon, and all three phases were completed in 1990. There are two six-plexes, seven three-plexes and thirty-nine duplexes, for a total of 111 Units. We have four different floor plans throughout the development. We are fortunate to be conveniently located approximately 3 miles from M-6 and less than 2 miles from 196, with several shopping opportunities, parks, and trails within minutes.
